Natezač lanca N47D20

Pozdrav, 

Imam e61 lci sa n47 motorom od 130kw kome se izgleda pomalo čuje lanac. Nađoh da u zamenskom setu ide natezač sa drugim kat. brojem koji je uzgred 5mm duži od onoga iz prve ugradnje. Da li je neko radio takav servis, da još malo produži život lanca ili da odmah planiram zamenu čitavog seta.

Eno ispod tema gde je pukao lanac na x3 sa tim motorom, procitaj pa vidi isplati li se budzenje ili da menjas

Ne budžim ja ništa, na sajtu ovlašćenog servisa u CG, Voli motors, stoji akcija provere pogonskog lanca gde ide zamena natezača pri proveri.

Dakle, da li je neko od servisera radio ovakvu kontrolu i na ovaj način?

Ja u svakom slučaju skupljam pare za veliki servis. Kopka me jedino to što ovlašćeni radi tu "budževinu".

Nekoliko puta sam bio u Voli motors i kroz razgovor shvatih da im gazda ne dozvoljava buzdenja.

Pa to me i zanima, ako ovlašćeni u CG radi takvu proveru uz zamenu natezača, da li je to jedno od rešenja, i radi li to isto i Delta u Srbiji.

Postoji alat za proveru zategnutosti lanca ali se na modelima tih godina obicno predlaze zamena kompletnog seta. Da kod mene u automobilu zvecka lanac, ne bih imao dilemu sta treba da radim. ;)

nemam pojma da li ti radi i Delta tako ili bilo kako. A što ti reče Zeljkamp, menjaj lanac i to što pre.

Ako ce ti servis dati garanciju od xx kkm ili neki vremenski period da nece puci lanac onda radi tako... Ako je na rec onda je svaka diskusija dalja nepotrebna

Complaint
Scraping, polishing engine noise about 1500 1/min, which is inside perceptible.
Noise can be good in the gearbox or sump be perceived.
Cause
Sharpness of the sprockets or the chain is not running uniformly over
Slides.
Measure
Three cases are distinguished as follows:
Case 1:
For motors N47, N47DK0, N47S, period 01/03/2007 to 05/01/2009 production.
In the case of a customer complaint, the following components must be replaced:
- 11 21 7 803 479 crankshaft bearing shells exchange.
Note: Only crankshafts with manufacturing date from the fifth First 2009 only!
The production date is stamped on the crankshaft sprocket. (See
Plant, Page 1)
Meaning of the numbers:
- The first two digits represent the production line.
- The next six digits are the year (two digits), month, day.
- The last 5 digits identify the item number of the crankshaft.
Investment in the illustration on page 1 of the crankshaft is therefore October 21, 2009
have.
- 11 41 7 797 896 for the drive chain of the oil pump.
- 11 31 8 506 652 below the chain.
- 13 52 7 797 906 for driving gearwheel high pressure pump.
- 11 27 7 800 523 Gear (intermediate balance shafts).
- 11 27 7 802 575 gear (drive shaft balance).
- 11 27 7 802 576 gear (drive shaft balance).
- 11 31 8 510 014 top chain.
- 11 31 7 797 899 for guide rail above distribution chain.
- 13 52 8 572 499 for the guide rail below the chain.
- 13 52 8 572 500 to the rail voltage below the chain.
Note: right chain tension below the guide rails damped

For the supply chain to just slide without using nerves! (See

Note: The intermediate balance shafts according to exactly repair instructions

For motors N47, N47DK0, N47S, N47T production period of 05.01.2009 to 01.03.2011
In case of customer complaint, replace the following components:
- 11 31 8 506 652 below the chain.
- 13 52 7 797 906 for driving gearwheel high pressure pump.
- 11 31 8 510 014 top chain.
- 11 31 7 797 899 for guide rail above distribution chain.
- 13 52 8 572 499 for the guide rail below the chain.
- 13 52 8 572 500 to the rail voltage below the chain.
Note: The screw connection for intermediate balance shafts should not
more dissolved

For the period N47T engine production and repair of committed 01.03.2011
Guide rails without reinforcing ribs. In case of customer complaint, replace the following components
- 11 31 8 506 652 below the chain.
- 13 52 7 797 906 for driving gearwheel high pressure pump.
- 11 31 8 510 014 top chain.
- 13 52 8 572 499 for the guide rail below the chain.
- 13 52 8 572 500 to the rail voltage below the chain.
Note: The reference design, repair was shown on page 4 of the plant.

Ako nije jasan ovaj case 3, on ide za sve motore od 01.03.2007me do 1.03.2011 za koje je vec radjena zamjena lanca prije 01.03.2011

Jasno je shta se mijenja ako ti zvecka lanac. Nemoj da budzhish.

Nema budženja, čekam ponudu za servis, pa da dogovorim čim pre može. Automobil je 2010.g sa svega 116k na satu, full servisna istorija, odrzavan svih godina u ovlašćenom servisu u Dojčlandu.

Pa ako ti se chuje lanac, a oni ti predlozhili samo taj natezach da mjenjash, promijeni ti radije servis.

Za tvoj auto ako se chuje lanac, mora da se mijenjaju sljedeci dijelovi:

- 11 31 8 506 652 below the chain.
- 13 52 7 797 906 for driving gearwheel high pressure pump.
- 11 31 8 510 014 top chain.
- 11 31 7 797 899 for guide rail above distribution chain.
- 13 52 8 572 499 for the guide rail below the chain.
- 13 52 8 572 500 to the rail voltage below the chain.

Vidi, zvao danas ovlašćeni servis, dali su mi ponudu za full servis lanaca, i kažu kako rade proveru zategnutosti lanca, a u slučaju da hoću da odradim posle provere full servis (ako se lanac i dalje čuje) smanje mi račun za 60e koliko košta novi tip natezača.
