ivan.j 0 Posted October 29, 2011 Report Share Posted October 29, 2011 Na koliko kila se steze glava posto je blok aluminiumski i na koliko kila se stezu bregaste i kako se steluje vanos. Motro sam rasturio radi zamene lanaca i lancanika posto je preskoci ali na svu srecu nista nije osteceno, delove sam narucio u delti ponedeljak ili cetvrtak stize sve pa me zanoma oko sklapanja nasta da obratim paznju i nakoliko se steze glava. CasperBg82 0 Posted October 29, 2011 Report Share Posted October 29, 2011 Glava se steze na 40Nm + 90st + 90st, ovim redom 11-9-3-1-5-7-13 14-8-6-2-4-10-12 Evo ti ostalo pa udri :prankster2: Special tools Flywheel timing pin - BMW No.11 2 300. Exhaust camshaft sprocket tool - BMW No.11 5 490. Camshaft alignment tool - BMW No.11 3 240. Timing chain pre-tensioning tool - BMW No.11 3 390. Tensioner locking tool - BMW No.11 3 292 General precautions Disconnect battery earth lead. Remove spark plugs to ease turning engine. Turn engine in normal direction of rotation (unless otherwise stated). Observe tightening torques. If fitted: Mark position of crankshaft position (CKP) sensor before removal. Do NOT turn crankshaft via camshaft or other sprockets. Do NOT turn crankshaft or camshaft with timing chain removed. Valve timing procedures Turn crankshaft to TDC on No.1 cylinder. Insert flywheel timing pin [1]. Tool No.11 2 300. Ensure camshaft lobes are facing [2]. Install camshaft alignment tool [3]. Tool No.11 3 240. Slacken exhaust camshaft sprocket bolts [4]. Depress secondary tensioner and lock with tool [5]. Tool No.11 3 292. Remove VANOS unit [7] while turning exhaust camshaft sprocket clockwise [6]. Use tool No.11 5 490. Remove inlet camshaft sprocket nuts [8]. 1st type: Remove thrust washer [9]. 2nd type: Remove thrust washers and spring plate [10]. Remove inlet and exhaust camshaft sprockets complete with chain [11] & [12]. Remove secondary tensioner [13]. Remove chain guide [14]. Remove tensioner assembly [15]. NOTE: Tensioner has strong spring. Remove camshaft sprocket and chain [16]. Install camshaft sprocket. Ensure arrow points upwards [16]. Ensure threaded holes positioned at LH end of slots in camshaft sprocket [17]. Install chain pre-tensioning tool [18]. Tool No.11 3 390. Screw in adjusting screw until in contact with guide rail. DO NOT tighten screw. Install chain guide [14]. Install secondary tensioner assembly [13]. Install camshaft sprockets complete with chain [11] & [12]. Ensure threaded holes positioned in centre of slots. Install thrust washer or thrust washers and spring plate [9] or [10]. Tighten inlet camshaft sprocket nuts to 10 Nm [8]. Install exhaust camshaft sprocket bolts [4]. DO NOT tighten bolts. 1st type without spring plate [9] : Turn sprockets clockwise as far as stop [11] & [12]. Press VANOS unit splined shaft into unit as far as detent. Fit VANOS unit, turning splined shaft until unit engages [7]. 2nd type with spring plate [10] : Turn sprockets clockwise until detent position is reached. Turn sprockets anti-clockwise while inserting VANOS unit splined shaft [6]. Use tool No.11 5 490. Tighten VANOS unit bolts. Pre-load timing chain to 1,3 Nm. Use tool No.11 3 390 [18]. Tighten exhaust camshaft sprocket bolts in two stages - 5 Nm + 22 Nm [4]. Remove timing pin and camshaft alignment tool [1] & [3]. Turn crankshaft two turns clockwise. Ensure timing pin and camshaft alignment tool can be refitted [1] & [3]. Install tensioner assembly [15]. Tighten tensioner to 70 Nm. Tighten crankshaft pulley bolts to 22 Nm [19]. ivan.j 0 Posted November 4, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 Za stezanje glave i postavljanje lancanika radilice gornjeg mi je jasno postavlja se u krajnju levu stranu rupa. ali mi nikako nije jasno postavljanje lancanika bregaste usisa i izduva dali se i oni postavljaju u neki krajnji polozaj ili u sredini i kako se uzubljuje vanos :huh: Link to post Share on other sites

Jeste da je bilo malo nejasnoce oko ulkapanja ali nista nije neresivo. Svima se zahvaljujem na korisnim konsultacijama. Sad mi preostaje samo da vidim da nabavim program i kablove za dijagnostiku, cisto daima i sve radim sam na auto. :) Sto se tice popravke lock na temu auto sklopnje i vozi se :D Link to post Share on other sites
