BMWscaner 0 Posted February 24, 2009 Report Share Posted February 24, 2009 Jagnjetina iz Hercegovine....... zna covjek sta valja ko je jednom probao nasu janjetinu uvjek se vraca po jos ja imam svoje svinje tako da uvjek ima koje za raznja spremno a susjed ima preko 100 ovaca tako da ima i janjaca a moze se i jare naci tako da kad god dodjete kod mene ceka vas po izboru sta volite :( ima li sta bolje najest se dobra domaceg pecenja i ispit litar dva domaceg vina zapaliti gume na bmw i miran na spavanje :angry: Link to post Share on other sites

kolibarka 0 Posted February 24, 2009 Report Share Posted February 24, 2009 ja sam pre par godina imao slucaj da je jedna musterija , inace Grk , ozenio se nekom nasom i dosao na odmor u Srbiju,elem dosao on kod mene u pecenjaru da mu ispecemo jagnje ali na nacin koji on zeli , gledam ga ,sto ljudi sto cudi , ajd reko , standardna procedura kod turskih peci je ubacis ga u pec peces sat ipo vadis okrenes ponovo sat ipo i to je to , ali jagnetina na grcki nacin zahteva drugaciju proceduru, znaci ,zivo jagnje smo kompletno obavili u foliju u vise slojeva , ubacili u pec i pekli nekih 6 sati , kad je to izvadjeno izgledalo je tako da ti prosto dodje ocima da ga jedes mozda je malo of ali ima veze sa temom Link to post Share on other sites
