BMW 325 iS ali E30

Nabasao sam na neke podatke na netu, ali jako siromasne, za ovaj model. Nekome ce mozda moje pitanje biti smesno, ali eto stvarno sam tek skoro saznao za ovaj model... :ok:

Dakle, 325 iS, da li neko zna vise o tome koja je razlika u odnosu na obican 325 i? Naravno da ponovim radi se o E30.

Znam da recimo 318 iS ima 4 ventila po cilindru, (ne znam jel to samo isti motor sa drugom glavom ili drugaciji motor), i opet 320 iS ima totalno drugaciji motor nema nista zajednicko :) sa standardnim motorom za 320! I tako dalje...

Ali ne kapiram u cemu je fora sa 325 iS a nisam uspeo sam da nadjem neke detaljnije podatke? Da li je to isti blok a drugacija glava, opet sa 4 ventila po cilindru, znaci 24. Ili je u pitanju totalno drugi motor? Da je je iko video ili vozio tako nesto?... :)

320is je tzv mali M. napravljen da bude ispod 2000 kubika zbog silnih poreza, prireza i nameta na pamet. mislim da su pravljeni za trziste italije i cini mi se portugala. isti je motor kao u m-u samo malo oslabljen.

325is se pojavljuje pri kraju proizvodnje, '91 i bio je za juznoafricko trziste. 2,7 192 konja

imao je delove limarije od aluminijuma i nije smeo da se pere na cetkama.

za americko trziste ne znam, posto je tamo bilo 325is koji su isti kao standaran 325 samo sa puno opreme.

Special models E30

For Portugal and Italy, due to their high engine taxes, a special model was created, the 320iS. This model was produced both in 2 and 4 door versions had a detuned version of the M3 engine. It was the same S14 engine but with 2.0l and 192 hp (143 kW).

BMW South Africa's Motorsport division created the 333i in 1986 by fitting the 3210 ccm M30 "big six" ("M30B32" of the 733i E23/ 533i E12/ 533i E28/ 633CSi E24) engine to a 2-door E30. The resulting 333i was a major success in saloon car racing in that country and is now a collectors item. These cars, built with help from Alpina in Buchloe, Bavaria, Germany, featured some interesting compromises like forcing the buyer to choose between air conditioning (vital in South Africa) or power steering (because of lack of space due to the large M30 engine). They were only built in small numbers in 1986. BMW South Africa provided the following specifications for the 333i: Powerplant - M30B32 6 Cylinder 3210 cc 145 kW (197 PS; 194 hp) at 5500 rpm. 285 N·m (210 lb·ft) torque at 4300 rpm. The cars were fitted with a 5 speed manual gearbox and limited slip differential. Braking was enhanced by 296 mm (11.7 in) Alpina dual ventilated grooved front disc brakes. ABS was optional. The cars were fitted with J7x16 Alpina wheels and Pirelli P7 (195x50VR16)tyres. BMW provided performance figures were impressive, with a top speed of 228 km/h (142 mph). 0-100 km/h in 7.4 seconds, and a standing kilometer in 27.7 seconds at sea level. An all round "Rocket Rocket."

Later when it became clear that South Africa would not be getting the M3, the 325iS was created. Initially this was merely a 325i 2-door fitted with a bodykit and a close-ratio gearbox (improving acceleration at the expense of top speed and economy), but more changes were made to keep the car competitive in South African saloon car racing. Nevertheless, these cars were always sold to the public. This culminated in the 325iS Evo II of late 1991. By now several body panels were made of aluminum, preventing the car from being washed by automated car washes, and the M20 engine grew to 2.7 L and now produced 155 kW (210 hp)and a 0-62 mph in a mere 7.5 seconds.

The cabriolet version continued to be built to the end of April 1993 and the touring version continued to be built to the end of February 1994.

Hm, da, ovo sam i ja nasao na Wikipediji, ali mi nije bas nesto detaljno... Mislim, kraci prenosni odnosi, pa di ces krace... :) 1.-45 km/h 2.-90 km/h... :ok:

Ali me je intoresovalo koja je konkretna razlika u motoru? Da li je razbusen na veci precnik ili je povecan hod klipa (pre ce biti ovo prvo).

2.5e polumotor, glava M20b25 i računar razlike...

Covjek je pitao za 325is, 320is svi znamo...

realno 325is ne postoi, to ti je obicna 325i samo mozda s vise oprema mozda i m-tech ali nemora da znaci i to tako se zove za americko trziste...

Citao sam a li nisam dobro pogledao , da si dao info... ;)

mogu da kazem da jedan moj frend je uradio takva konverzija 325e , stavio glavu 885 od 325i , radlicia od m21 i par drugi djelova, i auto ide neverovatno dobro a zvuk je ludilo...

Pise i da su u taj 333i mogli da uglave samo jedno od sledeceg: servo ili klima. Morao si da biras, jer nije bilo mesta za oba! Servo ti treba, jer je motor tezak, a klima... pa samo treba reci da je Afrika u pitanju!
