E46 2004 Separator uljnih isparenja

Pozdrav svima.Pre par meseci sam radio neko preventivno ciscenje na autu,egr,usis,i svasta nesto,pa sam izmedju ostalog dosao I do tog separatora uljnih isparenja.

Posto sam cuo da moze dosta da pravi problema,kada se zaprlja,resio da ga skinem operem/zamenim za nov.

Medjutim,kada sam ga skinuo,u tom kucistu nema uopste tog valjkastog filtera,sama plastika.Pitam se da li j epredhodni vlasnik toliko bio lenj da stavi drugi pa je ovaj izbacio ili postoji vise modela.

Sta da radim,da uzmem nov ulozak,da li odgovarati ?

Da li ima neko polovan sa kucistem pa da samo zamenim filter ?

 

Ako ste imali iskustva sa ovim,bilo bi lepo da ih podelite samnom :)

Cuo sam da ima dva tipa.

Ovaj se nalazi odmah iznad filtera vazduha ( onog dugackog ).

Zaboravio sam da slikam kada sam ga skinuo,probacu da nadjem sliku na netu pa cu okaciti.

Ovaj je sama plastika,nema u njemu nista od filtera,samo kuciste.

to je to, plasticni nema sundjer filter unutra, samo plastika, takav je. Verovatno moze samo da se opere, ja kod mog zamenio na proslom servisu

Onda se ovaj samo pere ?

To sam I uradio prvi put kada sam ga skidao.One gumice okolo su mi se cinile zdrave.

Kako onda ovaj separator filtrira isparenja za razliku ot tog koji ima sundjerasti filter?

Koji je bolji,i da li to moze da se menja,na primer skinem ovaj I stavim taj sundjerasti  sa kompletnim kucistem ?

koliko sam ja cuo taj sa filterom je stari, ovo navodno novi model, najbolje taj koji imas da ugradjujes i dalje

taj plasticni je vortex separator nema nikakav filter vec samo plasticno kuciste. U svakomslucaju bolje resenje nego prethodni

Sam separator se menja na nekih 50000-70000 km,bar sam tako razumeo. Ovaj koji ima sundjer u sebi tj.taj deo se menja na svakih 20000 km

Znaci da ovaj sto imam treba samo na svakom servisu da detaljno izbrisem,eventualno zamenim gumice ako su lose i teraj.

Ja sam vise za soluciju novi filter na svaki treci servis.. Eventualno drugi ako ti nije preveliki trosak..

kakv jos ima osim filcanog, i sta je kvalitetnije, do sad sam stavljao ovaj filcani i menjam ga sa servisom malim na 10000km

ima neki vortex plasticni nema tog filtera u njemu, sada se takav radi ali uvek ima opcija da kupis i filtercic

U temi je I rec o E46 I o tome kakav je separator unutra.

Posto ja sad,jel,imam taj vortex plasticni,sta dobijam zamenom tog plasticnog dela ?

Nevidim da se nesto haba I trosi osim mozda eventualno onih gumica na kucistu.

Da li u taj plasticni moze da se ubaci neki dodatni filter ili se samo pere?

Može li mala pomoc, ako može netko da mi objasni gdje stoji taj dio na autu bmw alpina D3 biturbo 2009 god. stavio bi sliku motora ali ne znam kako ?

Ne znam gdje se nalazi jedino da slikam komplet motor a drugi problem ne mogu okaciti sliku hehe ,?

ljudi na kraju jel resena dilema, dali ovaj novi tip separatora, bez sundjera, treba menjati ili samo povremeno oprati ceo separatori to je to? Hvala

Ovo je razlika:

Kod mene na m47 2003g. je ovaj sundjerasti, menjam ga na svaku drugu zamenu ulja. Cini mi se da ovaj drugi model moze da se opere samo i da ne treba da se menja tako cesto kao sundjerasti. Ne znam sta kazu majstori....

if you have the M47 engine or simply prefer using the foam 'loo roll' design, change it every 12-18months to ensure it doesn't clog up and increase internal pressures.

Basically if blocked it will cause a restriction in airflow which in turn will cause turbo failure....i had a blown intercooler on my saab 2.2D vector sport which lunched x2 turbos (bearings) i think turbos work on a certain pressure either way and if not enough or too much the turbo can't handle it....this is what i'm lead to belive anyway.

The seperator is there to take out any oil deposits from the air before its vented back into the air filter housing, this is done to reduce polution and the vented air is then pulled into the engine and burnt off.
